Behind this exceptional Brazilian microlot are Capricornio and farmer Flavia Saldanha Rodrigues and her husband Luis, who, in addition to their successful collaboration, share a passion for unique coffee. The California Coffee Estates farm produces a selection of coffees every year and this coffee is no exception. This is evidenced by its high rating, a score of 85 points, in professional tastings known as cupping.
Brasil Fazenda California offers the taste and aroma of dark chocolate. At the end we can detect a pleasant aftertaste of nuts.

This Fazenda is truly a coffee gem. At the beginning we feel a light acidity of cranberries underlined by the sweetness of cane sugar. The body is sweetly cocoa and the after taste brings the sweetness of oranges
