Founded by Isidir Pereira in 1967, the farm has grown considerably in the hands of his son Luiz Paolo Dias Pereira and focuses on sustainable production of fermented coffees. Natural fermentation offers new, fruitier and more intense flavours.
In a cup of this coffee you will find extremely intense notes of raisins, milk chocolate, caramel and almonds.
