This exceptional Brazilian microlot was created on the farm of Eloi & Leda Zamarian. The coffee here is processed using the classic Pulped natural method, which allows the sweet pulp to be absorbed into the coffee beans.
The resulting coffee is of high quality thanks to the alternating climate, the rich soil, the selected varieties and, above all, the excellent and expert care of the Zamarian farmers. The quality is confirmed by the excellent rating of the coffee at professional tastings, where it received a commendable 90 points out of 100.
The taste is dominated by notes of citrus, white wine, peach, honey and vanilla. It smells sweetly of caramel, molasses and milk chocolate.
