Guatemala is a country full of diverse and contrasting coffees. The abbreviation SHB - Strictly hard bean - refers to coffee from higher elevations. The coffee matures more slowly and the beans are harder.
This coffee is from the volcanic region of Acatenango and is characterised by its strong acidity and complexity. The aroma is floral and herbaceous.
