> Preparation:
- Place 80 grams of medium finely ground coffee in the strainer.
- Slowly pour cold water halfway down the sieve
- leave in the fridge to extract for about 8 hours (the length depends on your taste, but after longer than 8 hours, the coffee starts to release bitterness and tannins, which adversely affect the taste of the final coffee)
- after extraction, remove the sieve with the ground coffee
- do not heat the prepared coffee and consume it within 2-3 days
