> Preparation:

Place 50 grams of medium finely ground coffee in the strainer.
Slowly pour cold water halfway down the sieve
leave in the fridge to extract for about 8 hours (the length depends on your taste, but after longer than 8 hours, the coffee starts to release bitterness and tannins, which adversely affect the taste of the final coffee)
after extraction, remove the sieve with the ground coffee
do not heat the prepared coffee and consume it within 2-3 days
