The Santo André farm has specialised in the production of fine coffee for over 30 years, sending out only the best of what the farm has produced.
During the harvest, only fully ripe red coffee cherries are harvested, sorted and processed using the honey method, which leaves only a small layer of mucin on the surface of the bean. This process gives the coffee a complex sweet and sour flavour with a long aftertaste.
