Roasted Japanese Bancha can be an interesting choice for coffee lovers. Roasting gives the green tea a special sweet aroma. The infusion has a light brown to golden colour, just like the tea leaves themselves.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 70-80°C water. Allow to infuse for 3 min. Drain or remove the strainer.
