The bottom container can hold more than 100g of coffee.
You can adjust the grinding coarseness to your liking from very fine for espresso to fine for espresso, medium for filtered aeropress, moka pot, turka or coarse for French press or Vietnamese filter.
Setting the correct coarseness at the grinder is important for quality coffee extraction:
Coarseness:
Extra fine: like powdered sugar for a java.
Fine: similar to smooth flour for espresso, cafflano
Medium coarse: Chemex, Moccamaster, drip coffee, Aeropress, Moka pot, Turek, Vacuum Pot, Ice drip, Cold brew
Coarse sugar: French press, Vietnamese Phin
WARNING:
We recommend always grinding coffee fresh just before brewing.
There are special powders for cleaning the grinding stones.
Be careful of sand stones or dirt in the grinding mechanism can spoil the stones.
