The coffee originates from Papua New Guinea, where it is grown on Sigri plantations and also boasts very close family ties to Blue Mountain coffee from Jamaica. Coffee lovers will appreciate this fact, as its origins guarantee excellent coffee at an affordable price.
Sigri's unique flavour profile has a slightly nutty note that is very reminiscent of its Jamaican relative. You will also enjoy its subtle sweetness in the cup.

We know coffee as chocolatey bitter, and that's exactly what we've currently roasted for you. The roast is currently medium-dark, which brings out the coffee's cocoa-bitter notes with a subtle chocolate sweetness. The after taste caresses with a nutty smoothness. For those of you who don't like acidity in your coffee, Papua is exactly what you're looking for! There is not even a hint of sour notes.
